Evo Haven to launch new development projects in San Francisco

Evo Haven’s CEO, Majesty Gayle, has stated he is looking at San Francisco as another "potential site for development." San Francisco residents can look forward to having affordable, sustainable container home for living available to them soon.  Gayle believes San Francisco is an exciting market as the houses there are very close together, comparing them with townhouses. He mentioned that the houses in this city are priced at around $1.38 million, which were priced at $420,000 not too long ago. With the exponential increase in the prices, Gayle wants to construct sustainable houses that are more affordable and easy on the pockets for those who wish to own houses in San Francisco.  The land Evo Home has selected to build the container houses is excellent and can house mix-use property on it. “It is a very good piece of land,” says Gayle. “There is a vet center nearby and some retail as well. The residents can have various opportunities in the area, with many jobs available too,...

Evo Haven for Sustainable Cities and Communities: Goal #11

This goal states, "make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable." Basically, the UN wanted urban areas to focus more on clean energy and sustainable homes. Growing Importance of Human Urban Settlements Are you thinking ab...

In particular, the Latin and African American communities do not have access to affordable housing. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the country has an ongoing housing crisis. However, Opportunity Zones are an incentive that can benefit the problem.  What are Opportunity Zones?  Opportunity Zones were created as an incentive program to bring investors to areas and locations that do not have capital strength and would have probably only been seen as valuable investments for non-profit agencies or the government. These zones are economic development tools designed to enhance economic development and job creation in distressed communities.  The designated zones have lower-incomes, high poverty rates, and higher unemployment rates.  Opportunity Zones and their Benefits for the Housing Crisis Opportunity Zones can lead to a healt...
