Atlanta’s average median home price has been fluctuating amid the pandemic.

According to Redfin, in May of this year, Atlanta home prices were up 24.6% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $405,000.

On average, homes in Atlanta sell after 19 days on the market, compared to 41 days last year.

There were 1,792 homes sold in May this year, up from 1,030 last year.

On Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Majesty and Elize Gayle, founders of Evo Group Holdings, talked with show host Rose Scott about housing-related topics, including how they are reimagining and creating neighborhoods that are sustainable and affordable for all Atlantans.
