Evo Haven to launch new development projects in San Francisco

Evo Haven’s CEO, Majesty Gayle, has stated he is looking at San Francisco as another "potential site for development." San Francisco residents can look forward to having affordable, sustainable container home for living available to them soon.

Gayle believes San Francisco is an exciting market as the houses there are very close together, comparing them with townhouses. He mentioned that the houses in this city are priced at around $1.38 million, which were priced at $420,000 not too long ago. With the exponential increase in the prices, Gayle wants to construct sustainable houses that are more affordable and easy on the pockets for those who wish to own houses in San Francisco.

The land Evo Home has selected to build the container houses is excellent and can house mix-use property on it. “It is a very good piece of land,” says Gayle. “There is a vet center nearby and some retail as well. The residents can have various opportunities in the area, with many jobs available too,” he added.

Gayle believes this to be “an easy project to get into.” San Francisco allows lenient zoning, which is beneficial for Evo Haven and the residents as Gayle will introduce new designs to the area and use their construction method.

The new development project will include different types of housings such as condos, apartments, and townhouses. ”This is proof that the concept works for the area,” believes Gayle, adding that they will look to do something similar.

Gayle also visited Oakland, another city in California, to look at another potential site for new developments. The size of the land in Oakland is half-acre, the maximum you can get in the cities of California. The land already houses a few containers, the ones similar to what he use to make sustainable houses and is an industrial junkyard.

There is housing in front of the site with construction, much like Evo Haven’s projects. "Oakland has a lot of opportunities and needs a lot of development," says Gayle.

The projects in San Francisco could go over for an extended period. The Evo Home’s CEO visited the land to get a proper feel of the site and believes that Evo Haven can genuinely make the deal happen and start the project soon.
