EVO GROUP HOLDINGS DISCUSSES SUSTAINABLE HOUSING - AtlantaRealEstatefourmRadio.com

Sustainable living is no longer a forgotten dream, especially in Atlanta’s booming real-estate market. Builders like Evo Group Holdings strive to deliver beautiful and sustainable housing to the Atlanta area utilizing shipping containers. CEO and Director of Real Estate Majesty Gayle and Chief Marketing Officer Elize’ Gayle are today’s guests on the All About Atlanta Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schick, take a listen to learn more about Evo Group Holdings and their unique home creations.

Evo Group Holdings focuses on building sustainable developments using shipping containers. The company is committed to flipping neglected properties and turning them into something beautiful. Majesty Gayle explains how the company achieves this goal through a variety of ways like the company’s nonfit, PUSH Ministry, and the Evo Opportunity Fund.

Evo Haven is the project name for the company’s recyclable shipping containers which are converted to modern, eco-friendly homes. The company became committed to working with green buildings and containers after the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Containers just seemed the obvious choice because of popularity, recyclable material aspect and, honestly, they make construction simpler than a traditional stick-built because they are mathematically true,” said Majesty Gayle.

Considered the company’s flagship community, Evo Haven at Datona is underway. The land development is now 50% complete and 100% of the homes are reserved. With a total of 17 single-family units, this green community is a testimony to the company’s mission. Situated in South Fulton, the neighborhood is close to local shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment venues.

The units include many new home features that home buyers love such as stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, matte black finishes, bronze fixtures and contemporary layouts. Additionally, the container homes include solar panels and electric appliances.

While the units start around the base price of $325,000, home buyers can customize homes with a variety of finishes and even add basements. Even though Evo Group Holdings offers alternative-style housing, it does not mean that owners must live without upscale amenities.

According to Majesty Gayle, many metro areas have welcomed the company with open arms since local governments understand that Evo Group Holdings offers affordable housing, recyclable and sustainable materials and renewable energy sources. While the process is new to many builders, homeowners have dreamt of green-living spaces for several years.

“It is exciting to be on the forefront, trailblazing on this type of development and working with governments, helping them shape what that’s going to look like,” said Elize’ Gayle.

As the push for sustainable housing continues, Majesty Gayle and Elize’ Gayle expect their shipping container development to become the leader and standard in sustainable building.
