According to Redfin, in May of this year, Atlanta home prices were up 24.6% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $405,000. On average, homes in Atlanta sell after 19 days on the market, compared to 41 days last year. There were 1,792 homes sold in May this year, up from 1,030 last year.
