Millennial couple builds sustainable subdivision near Atlanta

Atlanta GA - Elize Gayle and Majesty Gayle are two career-oriented individuals who found each other on a popular dating app. They soon joined forces to establish a successful real estate company. With Elize’s marketing skills and Majesty’s entrepreneurial prowess, they quickly elevated their company to new heights. 

Within their first year of business together, they grossed over 1.5 million. They proved to the world that entrepreneurs can be profitable and work for the betterment of the community. “We want to be helpful to as many people as possible. Everyone can play a part, assist each other, and benefit,” said Majesty.

The founders of Evo Haven are now married and they’re determined to help people purchase beautiful container homes and homes designed with a “container aesthetic”. 


Creating modern housing options

With the recent outbreak of coronavirus, the couple shifted their focus towards building subdivisions and mixed-use property in and around Atlanta. 

Evo Haven is one of their developments for working Americans. These modern and cozy living spaces are made of recyclable materials and utilize renewable energy sources. There are several floor plans featuring sleek designs, cost-efficient HVAC systems, and can be equipped with solar and geothermal heating and cooling. 

Moreover, these features reduce air pollution by curbing carbon emissions and are a solution for an equitable clean energy future. 

The residential properties are 1,200+ square feet and some units offer features like ENERGY STAR appliances, large sliding doors, and rooftop patios. 

“The primary focus of our developments are in Opportunity Zones,” says Majesty. “The goal is to be profitable, energy-efficient, and solve a global crisis; we have a new and exciting way to advance the real estate industry like no other company.” EGH and its products are actively aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.

All Evo Haven developments are made from containers, or have a traditional structure with a “container design” for jurisdictions that prohibit the use of containers. The first Evo Haven community will be developed in South Fulton, Georgia. The homes are available for pre-sale starting March 2021.

P.U.S.H. Nation Receives a $400,000 Grant from Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs to Renovate and Sell Affordable Property in South Atlanta.

Atlanta, GA - P.U.S.H. Nation is a transitional program that assists tenants in moving towards permanent housing and maintaining reasonable stability. This non-profit is owned by Majesty and Elize Gayle, who are currently working with 7 new construction units and 8 existing property units. Their combined experience allowed their company to generate $1.5M in revenue its first year in business.  The team at P.U.S.H. Evo Haven’s CEO, Majesty Gayle, has stated he is looking at San Francisco as another "potential site for development." San Francisco residents can look forward to having affordable, sustainable container home for living available to them soon.  Gayle believes San Francisco is an exciting market as the houses there are very close together, comparing them with townhouses. He mentioned that the houses in this city are priced at around $1.38 million, which were priced at $420,000 not too long ago.
